In this demo, I will explain briefly how admins can build their Success Enablement Framework based on your employee insights. Employees can go in and anonymously add Success Enablers to their profile that resonates with them without having to disclose it to their manager or HR teams. In this example, I will add Apps for Anxiety and Stress because this feels like an appropriate tool that could help my day-to-day.

As an admin, I can review holistic and anonymous data that’s aggregated to understand my current workforce’s needs. In the same example, I see that Apps for Anxiety and Stress are the top submitted Success Enabler by my workforce. I’ll go ahead and add a resource for Apps for Anxiety and Stress, knowing that this is a highly desired Success Enabler within my company.

I’ll publish my resource for my employees to see. Once published, my employees can go in and rate exactly how my HR team is supporting their requests. Everything is anonymous, so your employees can have the psychological safety net of asking for what they need when they need it. And you as the admin can identify trends and areas for improvement in real-time.
