Read more opens the full policy text in Slack, so employees can check the details.
Privacy
Private by default.
Questions stay in each employee’s direct message with the app. Answers come only from your company’s policies. Read how we handle data in our privacy notice.

Built on AI, grounded in your policies.
Answers are written by AI and are informative, but may contain inaccuracies. Every answer links to the full policy, approved by your company, for employees to check before they act. Retain Navigator doesn’t give medical or legal advice, and it doesn’t make decisions for anyone.

Email support@inclusively.com and we’ll reply within 2 business days. You don’t need an account to contact us. Tell us your Slack workspace name and what happened.
- The app says it isn't set up for my workspace yet.
- Your Slack workspace isn’t linked to your company’s Inclusively account yet. Ask your Slack admin to contact your Inclusively team, or email us. Not a customer yet? Request a demo.
- The app says it can't reach its knowledge base.
- This is usually temporary. Try again in a few minutes. If it keeps happening, email us.
- An answer looks wrong.
- Open the full policy with Read more to check it, and ask your HR team if you’re unsure. Tell us which question you asked so we can improve it.
- How do I remove the app?
- A Slack admin can remove Retain Navigator from your workspace’s Manage apps page. When it’s removed, we delete its access to your workspace.
- How do I ask about my data?
- Our privacy notice explains what we collect and how to request access or deletion. You can also email us.
